Filthy poor customer service
Sheets comforter and pillows all were dirty. Walls and curtains and bathroom walls had blood on it. Carpet was filthy and food was under the beds. Night shift male concierge told us we either take it or leave. Did not offer new sheets or a vacuum or disinfectant to clean the room.

We did not end up staying at the property. The room that we booked and required (suite with separate sleeping area), was not given to us. Specifically, the room should have been a King Suite with a Jacuzzi tub. We got a twin sized bed in a 1 room layout, without a Jacuzzi tub. The Jacuzzi tub was not something we were concerned with, but we did require a separate sleeping area for our daughter. We also requested a rollout bed in advance and then again upon arrival, but never received the bed. We spoke to the staff member (Nicholas) and explained the situation. He was rude and defiant. He blamed Expedia and claimed they made the wrong booking. All he offered was for us to speak to the manager in the morning. I spoke to a manager (Amanda) on Thursday and confirmed our booking, as well as the details for our room. She was pleasant and assured me that our booking was set. This was supposed to be a memorable family weekend away with my parents, my wife and daughter, as well as my sister, brother-in-law, and niece. Instead, it turned into us leaving the property and driving 2 hours home, with my daughter in tears since she was excited to stay in a hotel and see her cousin for the weekend. In addition, the property was fairly dirty, was fairly dated / worn, and we heard from other guests about a number of issues in their rooms. To say this is unacceptable would be an understatement. Kindly advise how this situation will be rectified.

I would never recommend anyone stay at this property. Stayed here a few years ago and it was nice. It is now run down, dirty and disgusting. Had the worst experience ever to the point we had to check out within a hour of checking in because we found bugs (roaches) in the room. The only positive thing was the front desk clerk was very friendly, but she couldn’t refund our money because we booked through a 3rd party. We moved down the road to a Holiday Inn. Had we of known what we were in for, we would’ve booked Holiday Inn first.

Nice area. Easy to get to. The hot tub was not working. The pool water was very cloudy and greenish. House keeping only gets done every 3 days, I recieved a text on day 2 stating this. I asked for more towels on day 2 and never received, there were 4 of us in the room. The garbage was over flowing.

we have stayed there several years when it first opened and several times after that, was great. clean, hot cookies at evening desk,breakfast. NOW, shabby,dirty ,holes in walls, stains in carpet, inside bugs{its Nov.!} can't use pool,water milky white ? Hot tub bottom scummy! not 1 thing good to say...we travel a lot.2nd worst place we have ever stayed! Rather sleep in car. Avoid at ALL costs!

The bathtub was dirty and had a ring in it, tha bathroom fixtures were falling out of the wall. The mirrors had something dripping down them. The drapes had stains and burns. The front desk staff would rather finish his conversation with a coworker than greet or acknowledge guests. All in all I would not recommend.

There were many frustrations with this establishment. The room had holes in it, the toilet was too small, and the curtains couldn’t close, so my wife and I didn’t have any privacy. We had to use a chair to keep them barely closed. The pool area was disgusting and unsafe. The pool water looked murky, and the floor was very slippery; attempting to walk on it gently was still a challenge. They also had no extra towels for anyone who might need one, and the vending machines weren’t working either. The eggs at the breakfast counter made me sick to my stomach. This morning, we had breakfast, and the food made me sick. Whoever prepared the food needs to be fired. I experienced severe stomach issues all day. This was a very frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here until they resolve their problems. The only positive note I can give this place is that the staff were very polite; I had no issues with them. In any case, I won’t be returning here. It was a very disappointing experience.

You DO NOT get what you pay for!
On our way to our room the hallway carpets looked like they had not been cleaned in 10 years. We got to the room & it was stale and musty smelling. Only had 2 towels and 2 wash clothes for 4 adults. Went to ask for 2 more towels and wash clothes and some air freshener. Worker was confused as to why we needed more and never brought air freshener. No bed bugs but found a bug crawling on one of the pillows. Went to take a shower and there was long dark hair all over the walls. Much needed cleaning and updates. Not worth the money I had to pay.

The room was extremely dirty. The bathroom had mold in the shower. The room smelled terrible, the bed was broken. We asked to be moved to a new room and the 2nd room was also dirty. The last room was acceptable. The GM did refund our money and apologized. She was extremely kind and said thet they are under new owners and are starting renovations. Maybe wait for a year and see if they have renovated this facility.
