We stayed in a room which was right beside the stairs to the 3rd floor. The elevator was not in service so this made it a very noisy area. Too much late night noise. And there was a fight in the hallway as well. Also the lack of an elevator was hard on the wife and i. Not much sleep. Staff was friendly.

I have back problems. We got room based on pool and hot tub . Hot tub was down . But hotel sent email out elevator was out . Not hot tub . Spent a lot of money . Would not have stayed knowing it was down

Unfortunately this property is not worth half of what we paid to stay here on a Saturday night. Travelled with a newborn baby the king size room is extremely small the furniture is actually on a slant which makes the drawers slide out and microwave to be unbalanced also seems unsafe especially if you have young mobile children due to a tipping hazard! Extremely loud guest in the hallways I was on edge all night/morning fearful my baby would be woken up due to the screaming yelling and slamming of doors. Not to mention they placed us on the "second" floor we had a large suitcase and bassinet along with our car seat that we had to lug up multiple different flights of stairs due to it being like a maze to find our room. Hotel is outdated.. outside grounds are run down made me nervous when we arrived. Check in staff are friendly room cleanliness is ok bed is ok but for $300 per night my expectations were quit more . Actually almost comical this room cost this much.

Not as advertised. Hot tub broken. Elevator broken. Window wouldn't close properly, road noise loud. Both body wash and shampoo dispensers were empty. The bed was comfortable though. There are better choices nearby.

They advertised hot tub and heated pool. Neither were working. Elevator broken but not a biggie, just had to walk up 1 flight of stairs. Could be a problem for someone with a disability or elderly. They didn’t tell us elevator wasn’t working until after our rooms were assigned. Clean.

Easy access to the highway, Birch Run outlet, and lots of dining options. The bed was very comfortable. The decor and upkeep of the rooms (chipped paint, wall stains, etc) could use improvement. Overall was an good, affordable place to stay and enjoyed the hot breakfast.

The Hotel was great, but a few areas were lacking. The hot tub was not working at all and the offered breakfast was "Ok" but was lacking items and the toaster kept popping the breaker and not working. Otherwise, a very good stay. Excellent staff and very nice that food and a bar is open and available in the hotel. Next time in the area. Will definitely be staying.

Front desk was very friendly, lobby is large and comfy looking. The check in via text was easy. Overall room appeared clean but had a very musty smell, which improved slightly when we turned the air on. Breakfast was slightly underwhelming but had a good variety.

Hallways smelt musty, exterior could use some updating, parking lot was weird in the sense u needed to drive through a restaurant's parking lot in order to get to the hotel's parking lot. Biggest issue was the hot tub was closed for maintenance I was not informed at the time of booking nor when I checked into the hotel. My wife and I went down to the pool area with our bathing suits on to find this out. Front desk staff would not offer any compensation for this even though we specifically booked this hotel for that reason...to use the hot tub !!

I have been in better best western plus hotels, noisy by the freeway (which was not stated). The breakfast was a joke, same stuff every day not much of a variety, no snacks or pop to buy. The refrigerator stopped working. I would not go back .
