Great Staff, Rooms need repairs
Our first room has nasty carpet, it felt like it was dried out after being soaking wet. The TV didn’t work either. Our second room was a “suite” the entire floor smelled like cat pee. One of the cabinets in the room was broken. The pull out bed was extremely stained and didn’t have sheets on it.

A nice decent stay
Clean, quiet and comfortable… short drive to the city. Breakfast fare was decent, coffee was hot and kind of strong (I like that) and the service is great. Would gladly stay here again next time I’m in Sacramento.

This place is okày if you don't have many options to choose from. There is harassment that occurs everytime I am here from the "semi-permanent" tenants that stay there. There are also persons who come and go associated with them. Apparently they hàve algea in the ice machine from à conversation I overheard. Room 107 smells like fish in the septic system when you flush the toilet but also when you turn oñ the bathroom water faucet! The next room I was given had dirty sheets thàt smelled like curry and stinky ass! It was NOT clean. They also have rickettsettia there apparently and leave left overs in the waffle maker for breakfast from another conversation I overheard. Appareñtly they purposely placed it in there for my soñ and I to eat.

First the lady in the office is no nonsense. And I love it. I felt safe with her at the desk. But neighborhood so so. I went to get dinner and when I came back, there was a guy lighting up a glass pipe. And it wasn’t weed. Not something you’d find uplifting. If I had seen the front desk lady when walking in I’d told her but she was somewhere else. Room was clean beds so so. But it was noisy. Like a heard of buffalo in the room above me.

TO GET YOUR ATTENTION: over all stay was ok for for quick nap on a long road trip nothing more. We had out license plate stole off our car. The guy was at the parking lot when we arrived acted like he has been there for a while and owns the place. As we checked in got to our room I looked out the window he was parked behind our car messing around in his trunk. By the time I came out he was gone. Be aware as such people may be on this property
