The big lady at the front desk that checked us in was nosy, asking me why I’m staying there, probably because I’m local. She didn’t program the key card correctly, luckily another couple was entering the side entrance at the same time. I’d give her a 2star rating. The younger brunette who fixed the card was much more friendly and took her time to program the card correctly, I’d give her a 4star rating. Room was good but the door looked like it had been broken into a few times. Pillows were much better than the Holiday Inn Express I stayed in the night before. The included free breakfast was decent, we got the last 3 pieces of sausage with an hour left before breakfast ended. No ketchup left and no one attending the breakfast area. The front desk lady was nice enough to get us a new bottle though. I may stay there again.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite, rooms are so nice, beds were comfy, LOTS of pillows provided. Kitchen was stocked with pots/pans/dishes/silverware. Kitchen has a stove, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. We walked around our room in our socks and they stayed clean. One of our pillowcases had drips of blood on it when we arrived and there was hair in one of the showers. Otherwise, everything was clean and organized. I would definitely stay here again.

Second time here and it’s always under staffed and the one girl who works is always flustered trying to manage check in/out, dropping off linens IF available and then the last breakfast everything was out and people had to wait. The staff mentioned she did not anticipate being this busy and that makes NO sense as if you access your capacity you should know how busy you are Ana plan accordingly. Just overall lack luster service

WORTH the EFFORT
Extremely clean, comfortable beds and couch, working microwave with a full size refrigerator in complete kitchen with dishes, dishwasher and soap! Next visit, I will ask for the third floor....rude stomping visitor above us and farther from outer EXIT stairway door. It's a shame NOT TO BE able to see hotel OR its signage from the address street, in Roseville.

Layout of the first floor is pretty wonky, but the staff are friendly. The elevator near my room was broken, and my first key cards didn’t work, but the room was very nice, quiet, and clean.

Great location and close to all kinds of fun!!!
We picked this hotel due to the close proximity to "The Venue" at Thunder Valley Casino. It was very close for an Uber ride to the venue. Hotel was clean and fresh. Nice breakfast included and close to lots of other fun adventures that we enjoyed such as axe throwing (@ Get Axed) and playing at Top Golf. What a wonderful fun filled weekend getaway
