The room looked broken into as there were pry marks and the door had pieces missing where it closed. I felt very unsafe die to homeless wondering around in the hotel parking lot. My room had 3 doors and it made me feel not safe as they didn’t seemed shut completely but were locked on my side as far as I could tell. Bathroom door busted and looked like maybe they were starting to repair it and plaster it and paint it. It all looked terrible nut s safe place to stay especially for a single leafy

The hotel itself is nice but this is a management issue. The carpets smell like pet urine and need to be cleaned. The entire floor I was on people were smoking cigarettes. The lobby smelled like weed which the front desk guy really didn't seem to care. Very nice guy but with different management and enforced policies this place could be nice. Beautiful building and good location.

The housekeeper on the 5th floor was awesome! She kept everything tidy. The gal who does breakfast in the morning does an amazing job keeping everything warm, fresh and clean. The front desk was outstanding too!

We hAd an overnite stay at this Hotel with our ten pound poodle. We found this Hotel to be very clean and smoke free. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate.

There was no hot water during my stay (one night). I managed to shower without hot water. When I went down to check out, the manager (who was at the front desk) informed me that the hot water had just been fixed and that I could go back upstairs to shower and keep the room for an extra hour. This wasn’t an option for me, as I was on a tight schedule. The manager did not offer any alternative solution or even apologize for the inconvenience.

Truly horrible experience! Bed was hard as cement, no hot water, breakfast was disgusting. Had to move furniture to get the TV to work. Tiny little sink, trying to get ready in the morning after a cold shower was miserable with the awful lighting. NEVER AGAIN!

Honestly one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. The room was super beat up and felt dirty, the hot water was non existent, and the “breakfast” was a joke — everything tasted stale or just… sad. For a Wyndham property, this was embarrassing. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.
