Very happy with the room, so clean and so comfortable, everything is perfect. Ivy and Sandy at the front desk make me feel welcome with their kindness and consideration smiles, very accommodating and pleasant to help the guests. There is another lady who is helping with the breakfast area whom is a bit not as happy to help others, I don’t want to mention her name here since it might not a good day for her today but I hope she can be a bit happier to do her jobs tomorrow and so. Overall, I love this hotel, very highly recommended.

When I arrived at the room and checked it, I had short hair in the sink and there was food or crumbs on the sofa, the young man who helped me at the desk was not very friendly when he received us (you don't need to say words with that attitude) when I told him that my room was not clean he gave me another room and accompanied me to the other room where he entered with me which I think was disrespectful, if he wanted to check that everything was okay he would have done it before not with me, he was a man of few words, there was no interaction as attention, in the days that I was there, I greeted the employees and nobody said hello.
