We specifically booked this hotel because we needed airport transportation via the shuttle. We were told upon airport arrival that the shuttle was broken and that no alternative option was provided by the Hyatt House. We ended up paying $30 for an Uber and messing around with 2 cars seats and tired babies in the dark. We asked for compensation and were denied and also told that the front desk would do nothing to rectify the situation. We had to schedule another $30 Uber at 4am with our two car seats and babies to get back for our morning flight. The lack of accountability and customer service was astounding, especially considering we are a family two small children. I would not recommend or ever stay at Hyatt House again.

Prompt, courteous and accurate- with our last minute reservation and late arrival. Decided to cancel our first night in Sonoma to stay close to the airport due to probable flight delays and late night arrival.
