Spacious 3-bedroom caravan conveniently located near entertainment amenities. Well-appointed kitchen with full-size fridge freezer and washing machine. Accommodation comprises a master double bedroom and 2 twin rooms, comfortably sleeping 6 guests with an extra 2 on the sofa-bed in the lounge. Enjoy an airy open-plan layout with ample seating and dining space. Family bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink. Parking available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis. Ideal for families with young children seeking proximity to play areas and facilities.

*Bars, Restaurants, shops and all facilities including Evening Showbar Entertainment and swimming usually starts from February Half Term through to the start of November and require passes for access after 5pm. Passes are also required for the activities and are bookable via Parkdean Resorts Office upon arrival, we aren't able to assist with this as we are completely different companies. Slots are not guaranteed and are subject to their availability.
The exact season start and end date is not guaranteed if you are booking early or late in the season, Please check the dates and schedule before you book.

*The park is BBQ friendly but we do not supply or hire BBQ's, you will need to provide your own. They are not permitted close to the properties & must NOT be on the decking (if applicable).

A great little mini holiday.
After booking last minute I wasn’t sure what to expect as I didn’t look into it too much, but I have to stay in glad I did as we had a super good time there. Cabins were great and clean, thou we had a boiler problem on the second day but there were very helpful and quickly founds us a replacement cabin. Although some of the online description can be a bit misleading as we then had to pay for all of the activities including swimming pool which I though it was included because of the description, the rest I kinda new I’d would have to pay. Regardless of that it was all worth going there as there is so much to do and even with a not so nice weather, we enjoyed as much as we could. Really recommend it
