Holiday villa on the outskirts of Rute, province of Cordoba, Andalucia.
This holiday villa features a rustic ambience, conveyed by the wooden furniture and exquisite details spread in the rooms. The rental is the combination of two buildings; both are provided with enough space for the whole family to rejoice in their holidays as they wish.
The first building is divided into two floors. Upon entering the house, you will find an entrance hall, from which you access the bedrooms on the first floor and the rooms on the ground floor. On the latter, you will find a spacious dining-living room that shares space with the fully-equipped kitchen, characterised by a huge kitchen island and all the appliances you will need during your stay. The ground floor of the first building also welcomes a bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite with a shower.
As you reach the first floor, you will find a lounge room with a 2-place sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and three bedrooms. One of them is equipped with two twin beds, another features one double bed and one single bed, and the first floor's third bedroom is provided with one double bed and an ensuite with a shower. Therefore, up to 11 people can sleep in the first building of the rental.
The two-storey second house is located on the other side of the patio. On the ground floor, you will find a smaller kitchen, next to which a football table will keep the little ones occupied. On the first floor, two bedrooms complete the layout of the villa, and they are both reachable from the outdoor terrace. They are equipped with a double bed and an ensuite with a whirlpool shower each. This way, four more guests can spend their holidays in the second house of the rental, the maximum capacity of the whole complex being of 15 people.
The patio characterises the outdoor area; an outdoor dining area, a fabulous private pool and an outdoor bathroom with a shower are the outdoor facilities of the villa. As you sunbathe and soak up the sunshine, you will fall in love with the staggering views of the mountains surrounding the property and relax like never before.
