System down and they didnt even know when they were going to fix the problem with system / internet. They had us waiting more that an hour or even more at the lobby. I left to another hotel. Of course they didn’t refunded my money even though it was not my fault.

Saying we loved the hotel is an understatement! From the moment we walked in, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean, with beautiful views, and comfortable beds. The pool was super relaxing due to it being heated and the jacuzzi was perfect temperature, we definitely didn’t want to get out. Breakfast was amazing! Never had gone somewhere with so much variety. You had the regular eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, etc. You also have pancakes, fresh made omelets to your liking, fresh fruit, and they even had red posole. Let me just say, I am very picky with Mexican dishes but it definitely didn’t disappoint. Everything was delicious, wish I could have eaten more! We loved every moment of our stay and will definitely be going back.

Our room was not clean. The fire place didn’t work and we called for service and no one ever came. The room was very old and run down. The entry door was falling off the hinges it would hardly close. The bedroom door was held open by the cable cord to the TV. We were greatly disappointed and will not be going back.
