"We just returned from the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa in Puglia! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. So welcoming and always available for anything we needed, offering fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and hidden gems in the area. Their hospitality truly made our trip special, ensuring that we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The villa itself is a haven of peace and tranquility, set in the stunning Puglian countryside. The outdoor pool and terrace were perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun, while the interiors were stylish, comfortable, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The staff and mgmt were friendly and helpful (eg, they gave me a room close to the reception check-in, they provided transport to the train station when no other option was available). The problem is while the crew might be good they need to run a tighter ship, The property is showing its age, it’s up the hill from the town and is oriented to large groups. As a solo, shoulder season guest, we, the few, are lost in the cracks of pre-season prep. "
