What a horrible experience! It took us almost an hour to drive there, only to find out that the owl "made a mistake" and did not have a room for us. It's been over a week now and we are still trying to get back the money that we paid the owner. ($188 USD). We asked around at the neighborhood and found out that he does all of the time. What I would like to know is why Expedia even lists this property!!!

Ho soggiornato, con mio marito e i nostri due bambini, in questa struttura deliziosa, pulita, ben arredata e curata in ogni dettaglio. My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. It was not only a clean and peaceful place, but also a warm and welcoming one. The view from my hotel room was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the majestic mountains and the serene Thunersee (Lake Thun). It was a dream come true !
