We enjoyed our stay at the Royal Wells hotel. All the staff were most helpful and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The restaurant was vey good.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Nothing too much trouble. Room really nice and spacious as was the bathroom. We had an evening meal and breakfast all good quality and good choice at breakfast
Had a really lovely stay, arrived at hotel early as we had a wedding. Checked but room wasn't ready so left luggage at reception and when we returned late in the evening it had been delivered to our roon
Lovely hotel and great service. Pillows extremely uncomfortable, hard and very lumpy and told that’s all they had so I didn’t sleep well at all, so won’t be returning.

Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
The receptionist was very helpful. The room perfectly adequate, BUT the room was very cold. The radiator and towel rail were not working. Food was very good, BUT the service shocking! 45 mins for our mains to arrive and over 30mins for desserts. Car parking was very conveniently right outside.
Would not rebook for that Hotel.
