Bed uncomfortable, pillow was like a rock, Shower tub floor to slippery. One blanket would have been nice. Let potential visititors know that some rooms are on the second floor.

Newly renovated. Perfect water pressure. Customer service the owners very tentative. I had a great nights rest. For this price you can’t beat the deal. Many food options near by. Gas station is walking distance. Next to a Food Lion. Everything was comfortable to me for a 2 night stay for my family of 5

It is run down, they tired to update but need a contractor to do job i wouldn't let my dog stay there Masked people standing outside, made me feel unsafe. Tub grime around floor & tub. Molding missing along floor, tape on floor where two floors meet. No where to hang anything. Very disappointed 😞

do not stay here. lock on door did not work. AC did not work. cig burns in blankets. yellow stains in bed. there was no one in front desk to talk to that spoke good english. and customers service number is a dead end. not worth $130 a night. i slept in my car.

The man at the front desk was friendly enough, but the room was horrible. When I first walked in the room I was "greeted" with the incredible stench of cigarettes in a "non-smoking" room. The plaster in ceiling in the bathroom has cracks. There are stains of something on the walls. There was a roach on the wall. The bedsprings are in a plastic cover which is an indicator of bedbugs. After I checked in and saw the room I read reviews of the hotel, and there were reviews that mentioned bedbugs. I didn't see any and didn't get any bites, but again there was the plastic cover. I wanted to use hand sanitizer after touching everything in the room. There's a space between the door and the wall where light comes in so the door does not close completely or does not fit flush with the door facing. There is a repair of the door facing on the side of the door which was obviously put together in a very haphazard way. Just look at the pictures. The carpet was filthy. I wouldn't walk on it without socks on. It's true that you get what you pay for, but I think that this hotel is still overpriced. There are plenty of other options close by that may not be quite as cheap as this one (I mean that in every possible way), and I've stayed in one (The Quality Inn). It isn't the Hilton, but it's far and away better than this. Totally avoid this one if at all possible.

Owner wouldnt believe it was me on my ID. I even called ahead 4 hours ago. Room is seedy, wont even go under the covers. Refrisge wasnt on. I have 3.5 hours to sleep now because of the guy dragging his feet at the front desk

I was disappointed to say the least. No wifi, the TV had limited stations, the bathroom was small and hadn't been cleaned very well. The only reason we stayed was not getting a refund. I'll not be staying at another Budget. sad.

For a last minute reservation, it was convenient. The property is very run down and the room itself was dirty. The toilet didn’t flush and the towels had stains on them, as well as the pillow cases.
