Morgan helped us for the time we spent there. He was top knotch and extremely friendly and helpful. The whole staff was. We stayed in the nicest room in the hotel next to the tower. The room was beautiful and really clean. I would stay here again. Everything about this place was high class and beautiful.

The property is well kept and a few minutes walk from the train station. Room is clean and comfortable. Not sure why Expedia request 2 King rooms from our booking for: 1 King room 1 two twins room which caused inconvenience for us. Please fix this issue for the future. Hope to have a washing sink in the separate toilet room. Desk has no light. Breakfast has good option but the staff start putting foix away 30 minutes before closing so you feel be rushed to leave. Would stay again.
