Good hotel with large rooms to explore the area. Hot tubs and swimming pool fed from local spring water add to the value. Kids enjoy themselves at the pool.

Customer Service terrible, my rather expensive Mercedes got damaged while parked in front of the entrance under the car port. CCTV cameras pointing straight at my car. Notified front desk staff immediately and was promised investigation, hours later still nothing, followed up with staff again at night, still nothing. Next day promised again and again by different staff different stories. Left all my correct contact details with different staff on numerous occasions, still nothing. On check out duty manager again promised they would investigate and come back to me. Now writing this review 3 days later and still haven’t received any form of contact or feedback. Appalling customer service. Left with insurance bill now!!😭😭😭 quick to take your credit card details but ZERO customer service skills. CUSTOMER BE AWARE!!

Hotel has a nice pool and hot pools also. Was walkable and parking right out front. Staff were pleasant. It is a big hotel with a several minute walk to the room.

I liked the overall experience was great, I feel there is room for improvement in regards to the Gym needs some love and attention, Bathroom could do with a replacement of grout. Update the pictures on your website, to reflect what your getting.

This hotel is listed as a 4 star but I'd place it closer to a 2.5 or 3 star. The staff are kind and generous with their smiles, which helps buffer the disappointment. While clean, it is worth noting that it is close to the lake edge and some sulfuric activity and the room was oppressively scented as such. Walking distance to many sights and to shopping, which is fabulous.

Location is good, staff are friendly, and the pool is great but the roo and parts of building beyond the front facing entrance and restaurant is quite tired. The bathroom needs attention as the shower head was very corroded, making pressure terrible and was unable to be properly cleaned.

Everything was spot on except for the meals we had at the Restaurant for me unfortunately. Great location, very clean, awesome pool and spa area, very nice staff, comfy beds, lovely view from our room and nice gardens on the property.
