Lofts 1 is well equipped: Enjoy evening cooking on your natural gas BBQ, soak in your private hot tub, or relax by the gas fireplace. Large dining room table area. Lots of room for entertaining guests in the open concepts living and dining. Your well equipped kitchen should offer you everything need.
Lofts bedroom has a queen bed and a futon, 2nd bedroom has a queen over queen bunk with a futon, and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. 2.5 baths.
Centrally located within the base area of Red Mountain, The Lofts are a small cluster of townhomes that capture a lot of natural sunlight and good mountain views. The living room is complimented with high vaulted ceilings and large windows with the loft master bedroom situated above. Each townhouse has a private and secure single car garage, large entryways for gear and equipment and gas fireplace with rock hearthstones.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE
This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid.
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided.
