Beautiful grounds and lovely views of the grounds and river from our room. Breakfast in the conservatory overlooking the gardens first class. A lovely relaxing lounge area, with a well equipped honesty bar which was a really nice place to have a sit at the end of a night in Ross on Wye. Would certainly recommend and definitely stay again.
A Home Away from Home - Perfect for Multi-Day Stays!
We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Bridge House and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The location was ideal for our multi-day stay, allowing for easy day trips to explore the surrounding area.
The accommodation was impeccably clean and very well maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The owners and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs or questions. (Great restaurant advice too)
One of the highlights was the outstanding breakfast served every morning. Each meal was individually cooked and beautifully presented, making it a perfect start to the day.
This place truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Absolutely flawless. Superb location 10 mins walks along the river to Ross. Place was perfect with lovely hosts and even a sausage for the dogs after breakfast!

Traditional and comfortable. Lovely decor and the riverside location was perfect, although it did rain mostly but did not detract from the experience. Kev and Katheryn were very welcoming and friendly. The full English breakfast was so good and very generous. We had a lovely view of the river whilst partaking, enhancing the experience! Could not fault our visit and would certainly visit again.
The room was good but a little small. The facilities were also good but given the cost of the room I felt the drink making arrangements were basic. Our bathroom only had bath but no shower. Anyone staying would be advised to state a preference. Breakfast was excellent with good service and the dining room and sitting room were well appointed. The views are amazing.
We had the most memorable stay. Kevin and Katherine were exceptional hosts. The B&B is an old house they converted into this glorious bed and breakfast fit for royalty. Breakfast is cooked to order at a time suited to you, between the hours of 8:00-10:00a.m. The conservatory overlooks part of the River Wye where herons and egrets fly in and fish along the banks. Our last morning there, it snowed, and looking out from our breakfast table was this picture-perfect scene of tranquility which we didn’t want to leave. We picked The Bridge House Boutique for a three-day getaway for our 42nd anniversary and it was the perfect choice for our perfect stay. For anyone wanting a week away or even just a few days, we highly recommend this exquisite bed and breakfast where the hosts are amazingly friendly, the choice of breakfast scrumptiously plentiful, and the view from your breakfast table worth waiting for.
Extremely nice B&B very comfortable brilliant view of river and Ross on Wye, with a very nice and comfortable lounge. Pub across the road selling good food couldn't be better.
Our hosts were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The accommodation is excellent and very comfortable. Good variety of options for breakfast all cooked well. Our room had a wonderful view of the garden/River Wye.
Super friendly hosts and staff, gorgeous interior and gardens and a view that never dulled. Easy walk to Ross. Excellent breakfast, very dog friendly. Comfy bed and lovely guest lounge. Really enjoyed our weekend.
Rooms are lovely and clean, breakfast very tasty and beautiful views. Will definitely recommend and stay again. Had a great time. Thanks Kevin & Katherine
Beautiful boutique hotel. Our room was lovely and furnished to a very high standard. Big comfy bed. Quality toiletries provided in the bathroom. Catherine and Kevin were wonderful hosts. The breakfast was delicious and Catherine even made special hash browns for my vegan partner. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again if we were over that way.
A little more expensive than the average b&b but this is no average b&b. It is exceptional, The room, the breakfast, the location.
Only one small gripe no shower in our room but a nice big bath
From the moment we arrived until we checked out, everything about our stay was perfect. My partner and I stayed in room 5 which was spacious, nicely decorated, had beautiful views of the town and river and best of all, a decent shower.
The other highlight of our booking was the breakfast, wonderfully cooked and very hot on both days.
