Nice terraced house of 2 floors in a residence with communal swimming pool (open from June to September). At 500m from one of the most beautiful and recognized beaches of Roses (Cala de Canyelles Petites) and 3.500m from the center of Roses, with capacity for 1/4 people.

Located 10 minutes walking from Canyelles Beach (natural sandy beach with 3 beach restaurants, a supermarket and bakery open seasonally).

Center of Roses at 40 minutes walking, where you will find a variety of shops, shops and its great sandy beach.

Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travelers. Drive a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini-golf, boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train to take a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueres, an immersion in the Medes Islands reservation Natural, animations in summer, walk along the promenade with many restaurants and their local specialties. Not to mention the pleasant rest on the sandy beach. The beaches of Roses enjoy an internationally recognized environmental quality certificate.

Une très belle découverts de la Costa Brava Belles plages et criques ainsi que beaucoup de centres d’interêt à proximité Très bon accueil des espagnols Un grand merci à Xavi de l’agence de location qui est très agréable disponible sérieux Bémol pour cette location beaucoup de marches besoin de la voiture pour les déplacements car dénivelé important jusqu’aux plages et centre ville Nous recommandons cette maison et cette région Valérie
