The staff at the hotel were absolutely super! They were very attentive to every question or need that arose. Great hospitality. The hotel was clean and in good (not great) condition. Walking distance to everything in Roseau.

The property is in the middle of downtown Roseau so it was easy to walk around town and there was easy access to transportation to get to the different places in Dominica.

The property was in a convenient location exactly what I was looking for, for the occasion... in the center of town but for the price during that time, not exactly the Ritz. No room conveniences except for an iron which i had to ask for. No refrigerator or coffeepot it was barebones. Room cleaning only upon request. The front desk staff was excellent, pleasant but limited in what they could help you with. Could do with an upgrade in management

Breakfast was supposed to be included, but I had to pay for it (they said that special menu should be charged extra, while I had no idea which is the "special" menu). Hairdryer was supposed to be offered upon request, but a lady in the front desk said that they do not have one anyway. Disappointed overall.

Great location in the middle of town. I really missed have a desk as I was there for work. Some shampoo would have been quite good too. Breakfast was mysterious. No one told you what was available, you just sort of had to try and ask.
