vacances caniculaires aux Issambres
Nous avons été très bien reçu par Dorine qui avait en charge l'arrivée et notre départ... une seule ombre au tableau, je pense que la climatisation serait la bienvenue, il y a déjà, les rafraichisseurs d'air, mais c'est insuffisant .. sinon tout le reste très bien, emplacement et propreté ... nous avons apprécié mon épouse et moi

schöne Unterkunft in einer tollen Anlage
Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer tollen und weitläufigen eingezäunten Anlage. Die Lage ist ideal um die gesamte Umgebung von Monaco bis Saint-Tropez zu erkunden. Der Standard ist typisch französisch. Die Wohnung ist sauber gewesen und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Schlafzimmer könnten etwas geräumiger sein. Alles in allem eine gute Ferienwohnung.

Logement spacieux mais vaisselle sales produits périmé obligé de faire le tri 3 chaînes TV douche bouché clic clac en fin de vie bref je ne recommande pas cette location sachant que les propriétaires étaient passés la semaine d'avant au prix où on a payé la location c'est abusé

Points positifs : appartement spacieux, propre avec terrasse en rez de jardin donnant sur air de jeux de bois. A défaut de clim, il y a des rafraîchisseurs d'air. Literie de qualité. 2 sdb. résidence sur les hauteurs. Belle plage la Garonnette. Bel emplacement , entre Saint tropez et Frejus. Port des Issambres pas loin. Belle piscine entretenue, équipée de transats et parasols, et d'un snack. Points négatifs : pas de maître nageur sauveteur, pas de hotte, pas de four, pas de barbecue, pas de tapis de bain ,pas de serpillière, pas de Wifi. Le local poubelle est très loin, beaucoup d'escaliers, pas de gardien ni d'affichage pour des renseignements. Piscine accessible uniquement avec badge, attention à ne pas l'oublier. Côté chambres très sombre mais pas gênant, vue sur palier. Pas de vue mer du rdc. Partage de la piscine avec les vacanciers Maeva. Voiture obligatoire. Magasin Spar hyper cher. Magasin carrefour hyper cher aussi à Le Muy.

Location spacieuse bien équipée seul inconvénient les accès à la plage et commerces se font nécessairement en voiture. Piscine spacieuse et propre.

Prestation en baisse
Pas de laverie disponible et accueil ne semble pas pouvoir presser le prestataire d'intervenir. Les règles dans l'espace piscine ne sont pas respectées : bateaux gonflables imposants, fumeurs. Il faudrait un personnel de surveillance. L'accueil à été déplacé alors que le local initial était plus adapté et mieux localisé .
