Crystal Bridges Museum, XNA airport and a casino are all less than a ½ an hour away. Two cozy guest rooms available one with a queen the other with a twin.

Guest quiet private bedroom. Comfortable queen bed, two dressers and closet. The private bath has black granite countertops, white cabinets and double sinks and linen closet. There is shower tub and grey marble look tile. Shared access to a sunny office/art studio with high speed wifi, Bluetooth printer, desk, and a paper shredder. A shared laundry room which includes laundry detergent, outdoor patio has table and chair and a couch. There is an outdoor fire pit with seating. Shared Gourmet kitchen and dining area with Dedicated space in the refrigerator and pantry for your use. Shared use of the living room with lot of windows to enjoy the beautiful countryside views of pastures and cows. There is a gas fireplace and large tv that has access to cable, net flicks, Amazon prime, Hulu and more.

When I am around I do socialize with my guests and am happy to suggest things to do and places see in the area. I am also respectful of your privacy. The guest bedrooms are on one side of the house and Mine is on the other most of the shared space is in the middle allowing for privacy. I am very active and offer out doing things. I am always available by phone and less than an hour away.

SAFE Quiet, Country neighborhood. Pretty areas to walk Neighbors nearby. views are of open spaces.

A private car or a bike is the best way to get around. There is little available public transportation.

I do have a young friendly dog and an outdoor cat.
Please keep shared space clean. Your personal items should be kept in your bedroom, you bathroom, assigned refrigerator shelf, or pantry shelf.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Out of respect for others , If you have to be up during these hours, please keep noise to a minimum.
