We stayed here just one night on our roadtrip. The hotel has a convenient location with restaurants nearby. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and had a nice bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Everyhting was really clean. Breakfast was good.

I have stayed at this hotel three times, once for an extended period, and everything was perfect for me. However, this time my flight from Valdosta, GA, scheduled for Monday the 5th, was canceled due to Hurricane Debby. When I requested the hotel administration to reschedule my reservation to Wednesday the 7th, they refused and charged me a penalty because I had paid through Expedia. Consequently, both the hotel and Expedia have lost me as a customer.

The hotel is right off the expressway so it is noisy. Should have incested in thicker windows. Also the room was tidy but I have been at better. The beds were hard & that was really disappointing. I did not get good sleep while I was there at all. The breakfast was good, though.

We have stayed at this hotel previously and continued to choose this property because we liked the area and it was convenient to our friends that we visit. However, we will NEVER stay again. We had a 6 night reservation checking in on Tuesday. Cleaning is every third day. We came in the third night, the room had not been cleaned, ok so we go to the desk, get towels and was told we were on the schedule for the next day. Mention it to housekeeping the next morning and leave until after midnight. Come in to the room still not touched. Again, go to get towels, and was told our room wasn’t even scheduled to be cleaned! He would put it on the schedule for the next morning. No need we only have one more night. The next morning they come trying to get in at 8 am. No knock, no hello, nothing. Just going to walk on in if we had not had the door locked. The staff starts slamming doors about 6:30-7 am every morning on the first floor nonstop. It’s one thing to have rude guests that allow their doors to slam but for staff to continuously go in and out of doors around guest rooms and let doors slam is uncalled for.
