Hive hotel was great for first-time visitors to Rome. We got help from the staff in navigating to various places. The room was clean, comfortable and attractive. Breakfast was included and was among the best buffet breakfasts I've ever had. There were TOO many choices! On our first night there, we had a nice light dinner with wine on the room-top restaurant, making a great start to our trip.

Nice hotel with a friendly staff. The location allows you to be about a 20 minute walk from things like the Spanish steps & the Colosseum. Would stay here again if I visit Rome again.

All the staff are super helpful and nice. The beds are comfortable. Very close to train station. Late at night the staff does check who is coming into the hotel, feels pretty safe. We did not go to the roof top restaurant but would sure to try next time! Would come back and stay again.

Firstly the staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The property was on only a short walk from Termini station. Modern clean and equidistant from the main tourist attractions in Rome. Also the rooftop restaurant was absolutely stunning as was the breakfast area with a wide variety to suit everyone. The waiter (can’t recall his name) was super courteous, polite and friendly as were all the staff really. Staff at checking in made everything clear and transparent.

The bed was amazingly comfortable. The room was spacious. Only complaint would be the shower never stayed at a consistent temperature.
