We rented two rooms. The rooms were clean and the checkin process was easy. However, at about 3am the air conditioning failed in both rooms making it absolutely unbearable inside. There was no emergency contact given, no warning of this happening, and nothing done to even try and compensate for the misery we endured throughout the rest of our night. We were forced to take repeated cold showers in attempts to cool off and even with the windows open after the failed AC it was still miserable.

We stayed for 5 nights with 2 children. The jacuzzi was a real hit and the location was perfect to walk from Rome Termini station straight to the apartment. There is no need for transport as it is walkable to Spanish Steps, Fountain Trevi and Colosseum. Staff are very helpful and helped with planning day trips.

We had a great stay overall but the only complaint is the bathroom could have been cleaner (we noticed mold on the ceiling in and around the shower stall) and the walls need a to be cleaned or repainted.

Overall an affordable option for Rome
We stayed for 3 nights, and overall this is a great affordable option for central Rome. It is approx 10 mins walk from the station and a 20 minute walk to the Fountain. The room and bathroom were quite spacious with lots of storage space and felt modern, although the shower was really mouldy and was visibly leaking into the wall causing damp in the room, it would benefit from some maintenance. There is nobody on the desk outside of 8-5 which is okay as you could call/WhatsApp if you need anything, we didn’t. On the last night there was a group staying there who were drinking and were very loud, constantly in and out of rooms, I suspect this might have been stopped if there had been a front desk present, but the price combined with the “aparthotel” style probably means you run the risk of this kind of clientele staying there. The air con was not the best we had in Italy and was very loud but was enough to just be comfortable and wear ear plugs at night.

This property was walkable to centre of Rome. The rooms were decent, however had poor lighting. Bathrooms were spacious but low water pressure for shower. We were on the third floor and thankfully there was an elevator to take our luggage upstairs. Staff was friendly and very helpful. There's a safe in the room, but is not bolted down.
