In a residential neighborhood. Beach is walking distance away with some beach clubs and restaurants on the boardwalk. Taxi to Fiumicino Airport is 25-30 € so still too far from airport. Other choices better if you are just staying here to be close to the airport. It’s simple and basic.

Large room and shower for Europe. Basic continental breakfast but staff opened service early to allow us to eat before our airport departure and called a taxi for us. 25 euro charge even though very close. 10-15 drive even though looks very close on map. Great to be close to airport but not a place to vacation. 5 star basic stay, not a “Ritz”. Live check in until 23:00.

This was a nice option for the city of Rome. If you want to be near the beach in Rome or close to the airport it’s perfect. The host was great with communication. Room was clean and comfortable. 4/5!

Comfortable, clean spot near the airport
Clean reasonable place to stay near the airport. Great communication with staff via WhatApp helped make me comfortable that our planned late night arrival would and went smoothly. Breakfast was simple but exactly what we needed to make our one night stay perfect.

Reception staff very nice and helpful, showed us directions to restaurants for dinner and helped us booking transportation taxi to FCO airport, taxi arrived to the hotel on time to pickup us at 6:30am, took 10 minutes drive to airport terminal 1, price reasonable, charged Euros 25.00 for 4 people.

Roberto who checked us in was awesome and explained everything we needed to know about the property and area. We travel to Italy often and often have a day overlap where we need to spend an evening near the airport for connections. I would absolutely recommend this property and location for that. Much better than a hotel near the airport!

This place was so charming! Very clean and comfortable, very nice and hospitable staff, very nice breakfast included as well, We loved that it was so close to the beach and airport. The beach was lovely and there were plenty of local and walkable places to eat and drink. I would highly recommend staying there!

The host was very helpful and the rooms are large, bathrooms are very good. There is tea in the room with hot water and fridge. Thoughtfully, there was a fan, however the plug did not fit the wall. But a nice fan is extremely unusual. Very little street noise in this superb location. I highly recommend the property. Just be aware that this is inside the walls of an ancient town so there is no parking at the hotel. Phone ahead for remote parking instructions which necessitates steep walking, but for only about 2 blocks. Rooms have elevator

A cute family run hotel very close to airport and also to beach and restaurants . The room was simple but clean and adequate . The breakfast was a real surprise and lively with fresh pastries in a cute room . Highly recommend . We also left something g behind and very good communication with getting it back

The property was good, room, especially bed and bedding was very basic. There is nothing to do around the property, few restaurants near the sea which is a short walk on dirty streets. The property is good only for being near the airport. Had I known the area, I would’ve stayed in the city! Really great breakfast selections too!! Staff was excellent!
