The receptionists weren’t that friendly. The room service staff was very nice. Although you had to wait to be called back to order. The pool was wonderful. The room itself was okay, the floor needed to be swept nd the curtain was falling off the wall.

Quite a disappointment for a Sheraton. Even though they reached out to ask my arrival date (quite customary in Italy to help you out in case of early arrival) which was half an hour before check in the room wasn’t ready. At check in still wasn’t ready. The room was not as clean as you would expect and the shower was plugged, on the positive side, the beds were very comfortable. An Ok hotel for a single-night stay.

Staff was friendly. Showers left water everywhere and had very little water pressure. Hotel restaurant was nice and outside had nice ambiance with a DJ one night and a violinist another.

My brother and I had an amazing stay at this Sheraton! The staff was wonderful and super nice. The breakfast was excellent and the rest of accommodations in the hotel room was excellent aswell. Overall. I would rate this location 6 stars if I could! Molto Bene!
