Colossal Experience!
Stay here if you want to experience incredible views, palatial rooms as well as gracious hosts and a very walkable neighborhood.The apartment has everything you need, including coffee, which was a major bonus. Do not worry about the stairs, there is a lift that brings you to within a few steps of one of the best views in Rome. Huge spaces to spread out. Two private bedrooms and then another bed in an open area of the living room. Bathrooms are nicely updated, but maybe give it a minute or two to let the hot water reach the apartment when you shower.As a family of 4 we had all the space we needed, the convenient location helped kick off the grand tour of Rome and the area includes a number of excellent dining options as well as a grocery for any essentials. Grab a bottle of wine and a pizza and sit on the rooftop terrace to enjoy your view!

Amazing views
3 couples stayed on an overnight stopover in Rome. We chose this for location and it did not disappoint! Amazing views as described! A great location so close to the Colosseum we were able to walk over for our your. Apartment is located in the top floor, so anyone with ambulating issues should consider this. There is a small lift which will accommodate a couple of people and their luggage. It contains anything you’d need and very clean and comfortable. Check in with Nikki was a breeze. She was very friendly and informative, we appreciated her advice and cautions. Overall a great stay and we would definitely come again.

A Hidden Gem in Rome
Our stay in Rome was magnificent! The view from the top of the Terrace was breathtaking day and night. Nikkie helped our check-in in the seamless and even helped us get into the apartment when we had split up and the other part of our family had the keys. She was so accommodating! All the rooms were spacious and clean! The towel warmers in the bathroom were nice after cold days! Located in and idealSpot with lots to eat and places to shop! When in Rome again, we will be staying here!

Excellent location, great host
From the property, the Colosseum is visible. Large rooms very comfortable property. The unit is on the 6th floor. Sometimes the water pressure is low with limited hot water. The host is great and responds quickly. We had an afternoon flight, and they stored our luggage for several hours. Excellent customer service.

Wow! What a view!
We had an amazing stay and loved this quaint, quite Italian place. Nikkie was wonderful helping us get acclimated and checked in quickly. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms wonderful and the terrace and views were beyond amazing! Restaurants, grocery stores, everything we needed was nearby! We highly recommend studying here.

We had the very best stay of our three week trip through Greece and Italy here. No question or doubt about it. It was so fantastic that we decided to extend our stay since it was available for a few extra days. The inside of the apartment was absolutely beautiful and extremely comfortable! The views from every window as well as the fantastic terrace were truly stunning!! Every day we tried to be back from touring by sunset because the picturesque sights of the colosseum, the wedding cake building and the city scape in general were positively indescribable. Talk about a picture being worth a thousand words! To top it off Candy, who is the host and owner, is undoubtedly the most friendly, patient and quick to respond hostess we have ever had the pleasure of working with. In addition we want to mention that Nikkie, who is the housekeeper, was always available when she was needed and gave us wonderful recommendations of where to eat and shop and how best to get around town. Additionally the location can’t be beat. We are hoping to be able to return in a couple of years and stay here the whole time taking day trips to the surrounding areas that we want to visit. Anyone blessed enough to be able to stay here is truly blessed 🙏❣️

Great stay close to the Colosseum
We were here for 3 nights and enjoyed this prime location. The apartment is great and relatively easy to find. Our host met us and oriented us to the apartment and building. The location and number of beds worked great for us. Only things to note is the shower pressure is pretty non existent and finding parking was a pain at times. But a great place and would recommend.

Super Amazing
We were getting off a cruise so we arrived at 9:00 am Nicki the housekeeper met us, carried our luggage and arranged to store our bags. When we arrived back at the house our luggage was in our rooms. The view from the bedrooms and the rooftop deck were breathtaking. Literally steps from the Coliseum and cute little places to grab a bite.

Amazing view and terrace to enjoy the best sites of Rome!
Nikki was just an amazing person, so helpful and welcoming. She met us at the door, helped us get settled and even checked in on us throughout our stay. The apartment was comfortable but it was the amazing direct view of the Colosseum that sold it. A perfect location, perfect host and wonderful few days in Rome!

This was our first time in Rome and we were greeted by absolutely stunning views of the city and colosseum from the massive rooftop lounging and dining area. The inside was clean, comfortable and sufficient for our stay. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Great View in Rome
The property was very clean and comfortable. The shared terrace had an excellent view of the top of the Colosseum. We enjoyed taking our wine out to the terrace and getting away from the crowds on the street below. The building has a small lift/elevator so you do not have to hike up 5 flights of stairs. This is a great perk after walking around Rome all day.

Magnificent view
This property is an amazing location in Rome - the best. The view is spectacular. Three big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus living room and kitchen. I could stay here for weeks. Half of the roof is seating and gathering area big enough for a reception. Everything is close by and we walked from the train station. Owner and also caretaker Nikki were awesome. Thank you so much.

Arrival and check in were a breeze. Nikki was wonderful, showed us everything in the Condo. There are two full bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. There is also a king size bed in another area off the living is beautiful. Rooftop patio is spectacular.

Beautiful place
The condo was better than it looked in the pictures. It was a beautiful room with incredible views. Everyone we talked to ( owner and her assistant) was extremely friendly and helpful. The water pressure in the showers wasn’t great but that is not something I would imagine the owner could control. I would recommend anyone I know to stay here.

Beautiful but some challenges
Gorgeous place, spectacular views from the shared terrace, rental itself had plenty of room for our group of 6 and we all loved it. Some things to be aware of: We rented this apartment the first and last days of our trip to Italy. Both times the apartment was not ready even close to the time of check-in. The housekeeper Nikki is so kind but the apartment is too large for her to have ready in 2 hours. The owner did let us drop our bags both times but check-in should not be advertised as 11:30 which was one of the big reasons we chose this spot as our itinerary was tightly scheduled. One bedroom was out in the open so little privacy. Lastly, the property was a little challenging to get to as the elevator only goes so far but we were thankful to have the elevator with all our luggage! If we return to Rome, I would consider renting again if our stay is two or more nights in a row and if our timeline lands us there midafternoon. Grazie!

Great location for colosseum. Metro nearby but we used uber for central rom sights Decent neighborhood. Plenty of wonderful restaurants. Super friendly staff. Clean. AC but set at 16C. On 5th floor it was comfortable but not cool. Would recommend for larger group. Grazie!

Probably my favourite VRBO rental yet!
I’ve stayed in a number of VRBO rentals over the years and this apartment in Rome is probably my favourite to date. The location is great and is walking distance to many Rome attractions and sightseeing hot spots. The apartment was better than the listing portrays it! It was clean, spacious, roomy and comfortable with all the necessities. The patio was spectacular! We enjoyed many evening sunsets with the colosseum lit up as our backdrop, with romantic violin music playing in the background making each experience very magical. We would 100% recommend this listing and will absolutely stay again if we find ourselves back in Rome. Thank you to our hosts for a great stay!

Awesome view
Looks better than the photos. Awesome terrace and view. However way too hot for us to enjoy. We were only there one night pre cruise. Perfect location. Three bedrooms total. One of which had no “walls” so keep that in mind. It’s open to entire home. Check in process was great. Communicated with owner prior to check in. Only downside we could see was… its a trek to the place. Very small but normal for italy elevator wont bring you to the top. Must traverse a very narrow open cement staircase to get to top. It was difficult with large cases. But owner helped with this on the way up. Id stay here again in cooler climate so we could enjoy the view (Rome was over 100 degrees when we were there) Also. Check out at 9 am was way earlier than we were used to, so had to be out very early. Not ideal for us. But we made it work. Thank you for the hospitality!
