We stayed at TheRome Times Hotel five years ago and liked it so much we chose it again and again enjoyed it very much. The rooms are very nice and the staff is very professional and helpful. The breakfast is terrific.

The hotel is located in the city centre of Rome which is very convenient. Staff was lovely and the hotel lobby and bar/restaurant area all nicely renovated. Breakfast was of good standing too. However, the room was not at all at the level of a 4 star hotel. It needs full renovation of the bathroom and walls. The paint is coming off, the bathroom is damp with mould, the insolation is terrible as we could hear the city traffic as well if our next door neighbours, maids in the corridor in the morning. Overall, I would say that the price was too expensive for the service received.

Great hotel, but everything was just mediocre. Area is very walkable close to many attractions. It was a little strange that once we checked into the hotel our room was like down the street in another building. They have a great roof top area, but nothing up there to do and not really able to see much from up there. I would definitely stay there again if I were to visit Rome, but there’s probably plenty of other places to stay that are just as comparable.

Cute little boutique, hotel, conveniently located in the middle of the city of Rome! Everything is literally within walking distance specially the Colosseum literally through blocks away! We had a great time there on this property.

Excellent staff and amenities. Very kind and helpful staff and it has a great restaurant. Room was nice with a shared patio. The only negative was that the shower stall was quite small and hard to turn around in. It would be okay for preteen children, but is small for normal sized adults.

Great stay. Lovely rooftop, nice rooms, great location and good amenities. Only consideration was the door out of the secondary building was broken was trying to leave after hours and could be a real hazard!

A/C and water issues detract from stay
Pros: location, quiet, friendly staff. Negative: poor A/C. No ability to fix air conditioning or water pressure.. Overall: Stayed in a room for 4 people in the annex building on the 4th floor. Room was said to have air conditioning but it never cooled the room. Asked 4 times at the front desk for help but no one could fix the problem. Then on the last day, the room lost all water pressure so you couldn't use the shower or sink. I would not recommend.

Great location and shout out to Marco at the front desk for taking care of us. Executive room in the main building for an overnight stay was perfect. Walked to Colosseum and quick taxi ride to the Vatican.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was an issue as it was very hot in Tome in July and the AC was not adequate to cool the room, so we had a very difficult time sleeping and getting ready in such warm rooms. The hotel did deliver fans to our rooms after the first night and that helped, but not ideal.

We loved this hotel. The beds were comfortable, location was not bad, staff was friendly. It was our daughter’s birthday the day before we checked out and the hotel made her feel special with a mini cake. It was appreciated so much and I hope they see this! I would recommend this hotel for your next stay.
