One night stay . The room is very close to Termini Station… 5 min walk.. The room was clean and the entrance to it is all automated so make sure you have your information to hand. The room was nicely set up and had slippers, water bottles, and a safe. I would stay here again

The building itself was old and did not look very inviting, however it had a very nice modern room inside and everything within their space was clean. Check in was a little complicated, you had to register all your information before arrival as there is no host on site. We enjoyed our stay at Roma Vespahouse, and appreciated that it was next to Termini train station and the market.

The location was a block from the train terminal which was what we wanted for transportation ease. The room was fully updated and lovely. Great Airconditioner, hot bathroom water with excellent pressure. The Elevator was sufficient for baggage. The Room had a secure entrance and it was quiet. An unfortunate issue was the building entrance graffiti & odor due to garbage bins. Owner would have little control over, thus I gave a star deduction.

The location is very close (but not too close) to the main train station which makes it convenient to take day trips to other cities. You can literally walk out of the room and be on a train in 5-10 mins. The room is clean and despite being in central Rome the noise levels at night didn’t disrupt my sleep. Having “3” locked doors to unlock to get inside your room can be a bit of a hassle, but overall that is 3-layers of security for peace of mind.

Excellent stay before trip
My boyfriend and I stayed here before taking an early train from Roma Termini. The room was exactly as described: clean, well designed, and comfortable. Check in was easy, but make sure you have cell service because you cannot connect to Wi-Fi from outside of the building.

Overall the room was lovely! Very clean and wonderful amenities. The instructions to get into the apartment were very clear but it is still a confusing process. Once it was figured out everything was fine. We appreciated the security since the area around it felt a little shady at night.

Room is tiny, but clean and 5 minutes walk from Termini Station. Unfortunately my neighbors came back at midnight and very loudly were chatting until 2am. It wasn’t possible to sleep.

Great location, soundproofing, and cleanliness!
I travel to Rome almost every summer, but this was my first stay at Roma Vespahouse; it won't be my last! The place is very close to Termini, which makes it very convenient for anyone coming into the city by train. When I first checked in, I was concerned about the volume of noise coming from the street, but when I closed the shutters and the thick glass window I couldn't hear a thing! My room was exceptionally clean. I had a wonderful stay and will keep the Roma Vespahouse high on my list of places to stay in Rome.
