I stayed there with my wife and our son, for 4 nights. The property is really nice, with excellent infrastructure. There is a shuttle running several times per day to-from Cipro Subway station, for 5 euros (return). The trip takes 15-20 min. The staff is fantastic, very professional, friendly and supportive. Special thanks to Tahsin for all help provided.

Do not stay here.
Extremely rude staff. Unhelpful and lied to my face several times. Upon check-in we discovered that the room we booked was not as advertised. The beds were broken and the room badly smelled. We returned to reception to ask for the rooms that we booked. We were fobbed off and they blamed hotels.com. They advised that we could have the room we saw advertised but it would cost another 200€ + more. We begrudgingly agreed The new room was newer but certainly not better. Not enough towels 2 single beds pushed together as a double which I fell through in the middle of the night. I asked it to be changed to a double which they agreed to but they decided that they would just add double sheets over the two beds instead hoping I would not notice??? After the 2nd day I was told they do not have any double beds. No kettle or toaster or oven so could not cook the food we purchased at the shop onsite. Pool water was cold. Hot tub water was the same from the pool so it was a cold tub. The water was not clean The chalet was so dirty that when I spilled water and went to clean it, the cloth was black from the floor. The manager was so incredibly rude and spoke negatively about me and my family in Italian. I am fluent in Italian and heard it all from the reception. I was in shock at how I was treated. Abandoned cars full of junk on the property. Cats EVERYWHERE. Dirty and uncomfortable.

Property is very good and well maintained. Rooms are nice, spacious and with all basic amenties. Property has in-house restaurant, shopping store, swimming pool and kids play area. Property location is bit outside area of Rome and takes 45 min -1 hr to reach main attractions areas via public transpotation.
