We tried 2 different rooms and the AC did not work properly in either so it was hard to sleep in a warm room. As well the lift pretty much doesn't work so you have to take the stairs. Others posted this but I didn't understand what they meant. Check in took about 30 minutes to switch rooms as the AC didn't work at all in one and only slightly in the other.

This property is in a great location close to the Trevi fountain and a metro station. We had a spacious and clean family room with air conditioning.There was a good selection at breakfast . It was my sons 21st birthday while we were there and the staff were lovely and gave him a cake. In arrival we were given a free welcome drink in the rooftop and there was fresh fruit in our room.

Great location for everything we needed, breakfast buffet was very good and all staff were helpful. Our room wasn’t any in the photos, it was just plain white and very compacted unlike the nicely decorated rooms on the adverts. It was clean but just nothing special, Shame as it was my 50th birthday and it was a little bit disappointing.

The staff were very helpful and our hotel room was updated and modern. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast each morning was worth it and kept us from having to spend time looking for options nearby. The location was centrally located which made most sites walkable in 15-25 minutes. While the streets below were busy to pedestrians, very few vehicles passed by.
