Very convenient but on a major street which meant it was very noisy. (No fault of the hotel but they were doing road construction outside our window at 11pm ). Lots of stairs but had a reasonable size elevator. Staff was very helpful.

Staff was amazing! Very responsive and quick with anything we needed. We also had a safe incident where I couldn’t get into my safe. they arrived and saved us in the middle of night since we were due to leave early morning. Bed was comfy, shower was nice. I have to say the reception area is a bit small and a little off putting but it was a great place to stay for a night. They also helped us get an early morning taxi.

Perfection!

Staff was amazing! Sami provided excellent directions on how to make it to the hotel. The staff tried to accommodate me in every way possible. My room was clean and had everything I needed except an iron. The location is perfection! 3 min walk to the Spanish steps, 9 min walk to the Trevi Fountain and it’s in the middle of all the designer shops and the best restaurants. Chanel, Dior, LV, YSL, Fendi, Diesel etc….all a 5 min walk or less.
