Old charm when you immediately walk in the front entrance. Hallway to room is narrow…but when get to room, unexpectedly has high ceiling, modern decor with a rustic feel! Quite unique.

We loved our very first stay in Roma The hotel was extremely clean and quiet The breakfast was absolutely delicious with such varieties and the beautiful kitchen Svetlana was outstanding. Sammy & Danny were just the best hosts! One day I didn’t feel well due to the heat outside and I came back to rest they helped me and made me comfortable.The place is centered to everywhere one needs to go while in Rome. AC is perfect and bedding and washroom super comfortable. In the middle of restaurants shops and monuments! I’ll be back!

Stunning room walking distance to everything! This boutique hotel has both modern style and an old school Rome feel. We were lucky enough to have a balcony with a fantastic view. Fabulous dining right around the corner and great shopping with a taxi stand right across the street if you want to venture further. Reception gave us a map with recommendations for eating and walking routes which was so helpful. The breakfast offered, but not included,in our stay looked absolutely delicious.

Last night there the AC didn’t work, and the emergency line made no effort to fix it. I asked to have a taxi arranged to pick me up for my ride to the airport they said they couldn’t. I asked to have a taxi reserved to pick me up from the train stationary again they said they couldn’t. Of all the times I’ve been in Rome and elsewhere, never did a hotel say they couldn’t reserve a ride for me. It seems they didn’t want to try. Also for 3 nights my shower drain was clogged and didn’t drain properly. This place is far too expensive for what it had to offer. No air conditioning during one of the hottest nights in Rome should constitute for a refund of some sort. I was very disappointed with my stay here. When in Rome do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

The location was great and the size of the room. Our last night at the hotel we had NO hot water for showers. We did not know how to contact someone for assistance. We texted in What’s app but no response and no one at front desk. The next morning I went to talk with someone and they were very rude and said “Well you have hot water now” so think before you book this hotel.

Property was lovely. Very basic and clean. The staff were amazing and so helpful. I enjoyed my stay. The only element that lets it down is the quality of the WIFI was absolutely terrible. It was very difficult to get connection.
