This is a guest house style accommodation not a hotel . The Good; Great price & value for money. Staff are excellent. It is perfect for city breaks. Nice room. Air con - which was needed (38* - 40*) during our stay. Great location for getting around the city. Located in a safe & less crowded area. Very close to Vatican City. 10 mins walk. Piazza del popollo 10 mins walk. Plenty of good shops, cafe bars. Close by. The not so good; ( there is not many ) Lift in complex very small 2 persons only. Check in is Situated on Floor 3 - So if you struggle with stairs it may be a problem. Approx 20-25 min walk from nearest hop on hop off city tour bus. Great stay for a city break Thank you Regollo Rooms

The property had 4 keys until you got to your room, to start you have to go through 2 gates with a key to get in, than the elevator it was from the 1940, you have to open and close 3 doors to get in and out and when you get to the 3rd floor you have to open another door to get in the hotel and than you open your door with a key, very inconvenient, no lobby, the beds and pillows were uncomfortable at all, we paid a lot of money for 2 rooms and it did not show or said any of that on there website, we're very disappointed, the only nice thing about our stay is the staff were very nice and friendly.

First impressions were excellent as the staff proactively contacted us in advance to ensure appropriate meet and greet arrangements as we were arriving late outside hours. The location is in a safe, up market area 15 minutes walk from either the Vatican or the city centre, with numerous shops and restaurants in close proximity. The rooms were modern, well presented and very clean with excellent air conditioning. This is a guest house rather than hotel but kept to very high standards. Whilst the reception is only open from midday to early evening, the staff went the extra mile to assist us in their own time and make our stay most enjoyable. Excellent value for money and well deserving of the outstanding reviews!

It’s very convenient for us. Walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. Nearby shops and restaurants. The place it self is very nice and clean. Staffs are very helpful, they act immediately if you have any concerns. We had a lovely stay at Regolo rooms vaticano. I would highly recommend it. Great place to to stay in Rome.

Staff was friendly, helpful. The room had all we needed and clean/fresh. Lovely view. Main common area was cute and kitchen had coffee/snacks. The building was safe and had a lift but i love the walkup to 3rd floor (4th floor for US). Prati location was quiet but lots of places to eat, drink, cafe, full breakfast, dining options. Excellent shopping area. Grocery store. Post office. Pharmacy and make/perfume store. Location close to Vatican Museum, St. Peter's, Castel Sant'Angelo and Metro but I used Taxi to go to Trastevere. We walked across the Tiber to Rome about 20mins.

The rooms were easy to access, there was privacy , convenient for meals and cafe /bars and great to get around. Metro was 10 mins away and St Peter’s Basilica 15 min walk. Pasquale, Emily and Chiara were all helpful. The rooms were well kept .

Lovely spot just out of the hustle and bustle but an easy walk into the Corso. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Pasquale made us feel right at home from check in and get us some very handy tips with the metro and places to see. The lift to each floor is a blast from the past; lot of fun. Downstairs breakfast coffee awesome.

Lovely stay
This is a quirky hotel as it’s a dedicated floor in a multipurpose building. The building seems to be used as office space for a number of business but on the 3rd floor there are 4 hotel rooms with a dedicated access key. There is a reception office for checking in and dealing with any requests or issues. The office appears to be manned from around 11am until 8pm. There is a phone number for any issues outside of these hours. When we checked in the receptionist was very friendly and offered us drinks whilst going through the checking in procedure. At a later time the receptionist also dealt with a problem that we had that was not related to the hotel. The room was cosy and functional with a small fridge, hot shower and lovely air conditioning. The room although small was adequate for our needs. The lift between the floors is extremely small and it’s difficult to fit 2 people and luggage in at the same time. However there is a wide staircase and it’s only 3 floors. The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast but there are a number of good eateries in the area. The hotel does offer a shared kitchen with a Coffee machine, microwave and fridge. There are also plates, cups and cutlery that can be used by the guests. Location wise the hotel is in the area close to the Vatican and is a little way from many of the large attractions. I do however love walking and Rome is such a pleasurable place to walk with history around every corner. It was also nice to escape to a quiet area at night.

Arrived at rooms tired and grumpy. The person on front desk was patient, super helpful and friendly. The room was clean and bed comfortable and close to metro and walking distance to Vatican. Highly recommend
