Camilla was absolutely wonderful in helping us with information and transportation. The passpartout restaurant in the hotel was awesome. Our server each night, Giacomo, was great steering us toward original Romani dishes to try. We will return.

The staff was incredibly helpful from the beginning when the taxi dumped us at the corner of the street with all of our luggage. Luckily Camila was there and helped us carry in our bags. They also have a restaurant attached to the hotel. Do not waste time and look around for a place to eat. This place serves the best food and drinks, Giovanni will make sure you are well served he was absolutely fantastic! This place is 10/10!

Property and rooms were extremely tastefully appointed. The general manager was very, very accommodating. Located in perfect area. Within a few minutes walk from St. Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican. The “road” where hoel is located, is Pio Borgo, just for pedestrians, full with sidewalk cafes and restaurants. Perfect spot to be staying. Only problem was that when we arrived, the elevator was broken. While the staff was happy to carry our luggage up and down the 3 floors where are room was, simply walking to and from our room 2-3 times a day was very tiring, especially for my wife and I, who are 55 and 67 years young. We were told that the elevator would be fixed in a day or two, but it was not fixed during the 3 nights and 4 days we were there. A/C worked great. The water pressure in the shower was not good.

Room was very clean, and the staff was wonderful. The only issue was that the lift was out and it was quite hard to bring all the luggage up and down. Staff assisted us with luggage which was nice. The bathroom was absolutely beautiful, and the rooms are very nice and quite tiny.than the pictures show. Was very good. I would recommend it. It’s an a purpose occasion that is walking distance to the Vatican and other sightseeing adventures. If I came back to Rome, I would stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay here and definitely recommend but one caution: elevator is under repair. First, the entire Staff was excellent. Knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. The morning included breakfast was fantastic. Dinner outside on the pedestrian only street dining area was nice. Wine selection was very good. The food was good, all the traditional Roman dishes you would expect. There are many other restaurants up and down the street as well as gelaterias, a pharmacy, and mini marts all on the same street. The room was clean, modern, and featured greatly needed air conditioning as it was very hot outside. Housekeeping was vey good. The Caution is that the elevator was not working at the time. I could manage the two flights of stairs but I can imagine they might be difficult for others to be forced to use. Although, it is Rome and if you are walking the city you will encounter many more stairs than these.

Very nice facility - right next to Vatican City and a bunch of restaurants. Breakfast was exceptional. Ciara was great help in organizing taxis. Only -ives is that the lift is small and the place is a bit difficult to spot the first time. Both are minuscule challenges. Slightly bigger issue is that the bathroom has a semi transparent glass - so you have to be careful if traveling with children. Overall - great property / great staff.

A very central location - just what I wanted. Close to the Vatican. I liked the size of the room, new shower, and comfortable bed; and it was quiet. I showed management the cracked full length mirror, but it was not fixed. The balcony was tiny and repair work was in progress, so I did not use it. The breakfast was delicious and had gluten free options. Staff were amazing! Unfortunately, it was very difficult to get a taxi because of the narrow cobblestone street, so I had to walk to a taxi stand about 5 min away. Overall I enjoyed my stay, and I will return, but with less luggage.
