The property is surrounded by abandonded buildings which gives the impression to be unsafe. The restaurant staff are indifferent and unfriendly.

The staff were lovely and friendly, all facilities were decent. The breakfast and the pool was definitely the highlight of the hotel! Drinks and food rather expensive for saying there's nothing else close by to the hotel. They were more than happy for us to order takeaway to be delivered though and eat and drink our own things around the hotel. The biggest downfall is that there's not much in terms of shops or public transport close by, the train station is only a 10 minute walk away though but that's all. It would be amazing if there was a shuttle to take people into Rome to make it easier for families. Overall we are happy with our stay and would likely go again 😁

The only 2 down falls is its a bit out of the way from everything and would of been good if there was somewhere to do ur washing as the closest places is a minute drive away. Stuff were good, the room was nice and the pool was awesome.

What can I say? Bitterly disappointed and very upset about choosing this hotel for creating lifetime memories for my daughter and myself. The location of the Novotel is extremely inconvenient to the point where I actually ordered an Uber taxi to pick us up from the airport because we could not find, the way to the hotel it was that poorly managed. The signage from the train station was non-existent and in the searing heat with my teenage daughter I was forced to walk on a road with an inappropriate pathway with suitcases. We left on the first morning after being totally exhausted trying to get to this hotel. I want a refund if you want to see the sites of Rome without spending copious amounts of money, on taxis then do not stay at this hotel. I made the move and stayed in the heart of Rome and I’ve never looked back. What a waste of money on this hotel.

This is a nice hotel. If you are planing to go and tour Rome I absolutely don't recommend it's far from everything and you will be spending more money on umbers. Which rage between 60eur to 110eur. If you don't care them the hotel was nice. Also are bathroom smelled like cigarettes. Hope this helped

It’s far from city. If you want to take a train which is 12 min walk you have to walk on the street with no side walk and share the road with fast moving cars which is not safe. This unsafe road also goes from between the bushes with no building around and it’s very unsafe specially in night.

There’s nothing around. So you don’t have a choice to eat but the inside restaurant The staff of this restaurant is so baddd and the food as well. The shower in the camera is only for kids, no adults can take a shower “decently” there.
