The room was nice and were given a voucher for welcome drinks, as well as some water in the fridge. The room was refreshed and towels replaced daily. Only downside was there was no kettle in the room.

The flooring in the bathroom and the shower needs some serious repairing. There is a leak that has caused severe damage to the floor and black mold has developed.

The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. This was our first visit to Rome and they made our stay very pleasant. The property was also clean and well maintained. Parking was difficult in Rome everywhere. This was the only issue. Once we found a spot we walked most everywhere. The hotel location was nice because it was about 1-2 miles from many of the sites.

I liked the fact that they made the whole process to check in so easily. The unique features was the rooftop. The food and location itself blew my experience out of the water. Lovely, helpful staff, neat tidy room with WIFI, fridge and a safe. Nice bathroom, shower. Near a Metro and bus stop. Fab rooftop bar. Good restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. Easy to walk passed the entrance! Look for the gap where 21 should be.

The rooms were fine, and the rooftop bar and restaurant provided limited but well prepared items of food and drinks. The biggest problem was the location of the hostel/hotel as no taxis, Uber included were not willing to come to the front door which is on a dead end street. Instead one had to walk out to a side street and wait by the garbage dumpsters to be picked up and dropped off.
