Property is located by the Spanish steps and our room had a view. It’s mostly high end shopping around our area. Quite touristy but walkable to most sights like the Trevi fountain. Hotel is very near to the metro but unfortunately was closed for renovations :( when we were there. Very clean and updated rooms.

Good but air conditioning was not!
The hotel is in a perfect location, the room is beautiful and well conditioned in general BUT, the air conditioning was terrible, I was not able to sleep well any night. We reported this to the hotel and their answer was that this is normal in Rome due to the high temperature outside. I think the just need a better system:

The room and decor were fantastic, and the view of the Spanish Steps was absolutely stunning. They provided numerous booklets with recommendations for nearby dining and other activities. Situated right in the heart of Piazza di Spagna, the location exudes luxury! They also offer convenient transportation to and from the airport. I would definitely stay here again. Such a beautiful room! Elegantly furnished, with windows that open to the street below. We enjoyed our stay here very much and we would come back. 5 minute walk to the Spagna metro station, very easy train ride to the Fiumicino Airport. Ten minutes away from the Trevi Fountain, a must see!

Int. Domus was perfect. We took the metro from Termini 3 stops to the hotel and then later 3 stops to the Vatican. Walking distance to Trevis and a bunch of high end shopping. The staff at the hotel are super friendly and the room was a perfect base for our sightseeing. 100 ft. From metro and 50 feet from Spanish Steps.

This was the best placed we stayed in Rome by far!! The person at check in was so nice and let us check in early which was so appreciated after taking the train from Naples in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice and big. We had a great stay!
