Location is far. Service is horrible weird staff. The most awkward situation that I have never heard of is that they control the air conditioner for every room at the front desk. We had to call them every time the room gets colder or hotter. Hi can you please turn on the ac? WTH.

Our experience was disappointing due to the inconvenience of having to call reception every time we wanted to adjust the AC, which seemed unnecessary. Despite booking for two people, we were only provided with one key for the room. Additionally, the room appeared significantly smaller than depicted in the photos. When we requested a room change, we were informed that all rooms were identical.

The staff is outstanding…kind, professional and responsive. The rooms are comfortable. Only 2 minor issues…I like having an outlet available next to a bed to plug my phone in. There is one on the desk and one in the bathroom. Also, I suppose this is true for all hotels in Rome…we were there at the beginning of May and it was starting to get warm. I did not know that the country does not allow them to turn air conditioning on so early. I would stay here again for sure. I loved the neighborhood. Not heavily touristy.

Excellent Hotel! will stay here again.
The staff was so caring and helpful…they wanted to do everything to make us happy! so professional. The location is wonderful near the San Giovanni Basilica and lots of decent restaurants. Buffet breakfast had enough variety to satisfy all.

Nice bed, nice service, poor facilities
Bed was nice and comfortable but the rest of it was impractical. Had to put the kettle on the floor to boil it because the lead was too short to reach the socket from the desk, paper cups were provided for drinks instead of mugs, no spoon to stir any drink that was made and the bathroom was tight for space - a bidet right in front of the shower making it difficult to enter and exit.
