The best part for me was how accessible landmarks, stores, and restaurants were. One very important item to bring is walking shoes. Its worth the many attractions you'll see and friendliness of the people who are willing to help. I look forward to visiting again

The staff was excellent. Fabrizio was great. He was kind, courteous, professional and very helpful. He went above and beyond. The room was clean, brightly lit, bed comfortable. The only thing was that there was some mold around the shower wall in the bathroom, not due to being uncleaned but may just be a ventilation issue. Nothing a few squirts of bleach from time to time could t handle. I would stay here again. It was a great stay with a working working elevator

Great location and clean. Extremely small and difficult to move baggage around. Was greeted with a rude employee who literally yelled at me for removing a key from a cheap key ring lol. although the morning staff gentleman was extremely kind and helpful to arrange transportation. Breakfast just ok, despite "exceptional" reviews. That is definitely staff who entered fake ratings. It was literally a croissant, coffee and a few pieces of fruit and charged me for an egg. Overall location and cleanliness makes it all ok, but dont exaggerate and call it exceptional LOL

Excellent overall stay - great location, good breakfast, excellent service, AC was good, elevator is small but that’s expected, location is excellent very close to Spanish Steps and 8 min walk to Trevi. Good restaurants and amenities close by.
