When we arrived we did not get the room we paid for and they were not interested in the room description of what we had paid for through Expedia nor were they interested in our copies of the room description.
Once in our room I went downstairs to advise them that the AC was not working and said they would look into it but they never did because when we returned late that night there still was no AC. Very inconsiderate.
The evening staff did their job and confirmed that the AC was not working. They immediately sent someone who advised the front desk that we had to change room, the heat was unbearable. They changed our room and noticing all the inconsistencies with our booking the night person at the front desk upgraded our room and took care of us. The personnel working the day shift deserve a zero rating and I would never have people like that running my place. Will never go back there although I would give a 5 star to the evening personnel.
By the way we arrived there a little earlier to check in and they seemed very irritated. They asked us to come back at 15:00, meanwhile some people were already checking in.
