The holiday house "L'oleandro" is located in a condominium building in the heart of the central district of San Giovanni, behind the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano and in a strategic and optimal position to easily reach the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, Santa Cross in Jerusalem, Colosseum, Scipioni Park, Porta San Sebastiano, Appia Antica, Caffarella Park, Circus Maximus, Piazza Venezia and the historic city center in general.
The apartment, equipped with heating system, consists of two large and bright bedrooms, for a total of four beds. They are furnished in a simple and essential way. One room, with a balcony, where you can relax and drink a coffee or an aperitif, is with a double bed. The kitchenette in the living room is equipped to prepare your own meals where it will be easy to feel at home. The kitchenette is equipped to prepare your own meals. Guests find, for free, and can use: cookies, sweets, coffee, sugar, tea, salt, oil, vinegar, mineral water. The fridge / bar is stocked with: beers, natural mineral water and carbonated lt 2, aperitifs, fruit juices, energizing drink. Huge bedrooms
Updated bathroom. Small, but functional kitchen. Great windows, small balcony that was delightful, and blackout shutters for a great sleep. A/C heaters in each bedroom. Lots of light. Handy elevator makes the place accessible after a six-step entry to the lobby. Plenty of bars, bakeries, pizza places, and restaurants within walking distance. Grocery stores, too. Major bus stop nearby with taxis easily available, as well. The host was friendly, helpful, and non-invasive. We enjoyed our stay.

Appartement très propre avec un très bon accueil d'Alfredo.
Notre hôte Alfredo a été très accueillant et très serviable. Nous n'arrivions pas à trouver l'appartement (car nous sommes arrivés vers minuit suite à une erreur de direction dans le bus) et il est venu à notre rencontre. L'appartement, très propre et très bien pour 4 personnes, est à proximité des bus qui desservent les lieux stratégiques à visiter. Mes parents de 78 ans et 75 ans ainsi que ma fille de 17 ans ont vraiment adoré ce séjour. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Séjour à Rome
Nous avons passé une semaine à découvrir Rome. L'appartement était très bien pour nous, 2 adultes et 2 ados. Le Colisée est à 30 minutes à pied, et il y a un bus direct pour aller dans les principaux points touristiques de Rome, sans oublier le métro à 15 minutes. Quartier calme, quelques restos sympa dans le quartier, quelques superettes qui permettent de faire les achats du quotidien si besoin. Appartement propre, propriétaire accueillant. Nous avons simplement regretté l'absence de wifi.

No es lo que esperaba
A dos dias de nuestra estancia, el anfitreon nos soliicito un valor adicional porque habia cometido un error con el precio que nos hsbia cobrado. Supuestamente no habia calculado el valor por 4 adultos, si no por 3, cuand, la reserva claramente habia sido hecha para 4 personas. En cuanto a la propiedad las almohadas son muy malas y de tres noches, dos, tuvimos el agua fria para ducharnos. No fue una muy buena experiencia.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Alfredo. L'appartement est au pied d'une ligne de bus et à 15min à pied du métro. Il est climatisé ce qui était parfait au vue de la chaleur de ce mois de juillet.

Correct, simple.
Très bonne communication et grande disponibilité d'Alfredo. Appartement propre. Mais par contre, laisser la nourriture des anciens locataires, c est gentil, mais ça serait bien de vérifier les dates de péremption. Nous avons retrouvé des viennoiseries, dont la date de péremption était de juin 2021, et nous sommes en septembre. Pour la kitchenette, elle manque grandement d'équipement : Pas de micro-ondes, qui serait un minimum, ni même une cafetière. Tout ça ne permet pas de faire 'comme che soi'. Bon, pour ça on était quand meme au courant, mais j espérait que ça ait changé. Manque de vaisselle (1 petite cuillère pour 4 par exemple). D'après Alfredo, il faut manger dehors, au restaurant. C'est sur qu'il fait participer à l'économie locale, mais quand même... Appartement bien situé, mais comme tout coin de Rome, environnement bruyant. La salle de bains n est pas équipée d une baignoire, mais d'une douche, pratique. Mais ça ne correspond donc pas au descriptif.serviettes de bains et draps pas vraiment au top de la propreté. Je ne dirais pas qu ils étaient sales, non, mais plutôt un peu tâchés. Surprenant, pour les français que nous sommes, de voir un seul drap très fin couvrir le lit, mais vu la chaleur en cette fin septembre, j ai vite compris qu il n'y avait pas besoin de plus. Je me permet de dire tout cela, car même si le prix de la location est très correct, ces détails, si ils sont corrigés, permettront à Alfredo d' offrir une meilleure expérience. Et pour le même prix, voire moins cher, j ai déjà eu mieux, d'où ma comparaison. Bref, si le confort simple vous suffit, alors, foncez, l'appartement vous conviendra amplement. Rapport qualité prix correct. Et bien desservi en transports en commun Desolé pour le malentendu sur la taxe de séjour

Muy sucio. Mascarillas tiradas en el suelo, baño sucio, cocina sucia, sábanas sucias..... alargando las excursiones para no tener que ir a esa casa. No se lo recomendaría ni a mi peor enemigo.

L'appartamento è in una posizione molto comoda, vicino ai mezzi e a bar. L'appartamento è molto carino e pulito. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Unica pecca: il Wifi non funzionante, ma non siamo stati tanto in casa quindi non è stato un grande problema

Très convenable
L'appartement est idéal pour un petit week-end à Rome. Il est à proximité des transports mais je conseille tout de même de découvrir la ville à pieds. Les attractions principales de la ville sont faciles d'accès. De plus, l'hôte est très gentil et serviable. Il se débrouille très bien en français. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour!

Une semaine à Rome
Location excentrée du bruit et de la foule, mais à 10 minutes à pieds du métro Re di Roma et 5 minutes des bus, ce qui permet d'être rapidement dans le centre de Rome. Tous les commerçants nécessaires sont à 5 minutes à pieds de la location. L'appartement était très propre, puisque refait à neuf, le seul petit bémol concerne la gazinière et les ustensiles de cuisine, un peu vieillots et usagés. L'annonce précisait qu'il y avait le Wifi, mais il n'existe plus. Sinon très bonne semaine et Alfredo est très aimable.

Un bon séjour
Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans ce logement agréable, deux grandes chambres, une cuisine agréable mais un salon qui est minuscules et pas pratique. Le matériel de cuisine est désuet et il manque quelques grandes tasses, des petites cuillères.. Nous avons acheté des verres à vin sur nos avions laissé sur place ! Une note négative, le WiFi est pourri, faible et uniquement disponible dans le coin d'une des chambres, donc difficile. Sinon dans l'ensemble tout s'est bien passé et Alfredo est de bon conseil 😊

Ci siamo trovati molto bene: appartamento appena ristrutturato con alcuni dettagli da completare, molto spazioso, proprietario cordiale e disponibilissimo. Molto utile la presenza di un raccoglitore con vari depliant e informazioni su Roma. Valido il servizio del frigorifero in cucina con disponibilità di vari prodotti ( extra a pagamento).

À la hauteur !
Week end entre filles à Rome dans le logement , bien situé , à 10min à pied du métro Re di Roma. L’appartement est bien insonorisé. Léger problème d’odeur , peut être des canalisations à déboucher ou autre. Lits confortables , cuisine fonctionnelle mais un micro-ondes et/ou une cafetière aurait été appréciés Enfin un grand merci à Alfredo qui nous a attendu avec 2h de retard et donc une arrivée tardive à 1h30 du matin suite retard d’avion et de chauffeur, ça nous a sauvé et rassurée ! Et à notre arrivée , nous avons pu bien échanger en français ! Au top !
