I gave 4 stars, because they don’t have a restaurant otherwise everything was okay. The metro is near to the hotel, you can reach the city really fast and easy. The staff is very very friendly.

Nice and Cozy hotel. Has everything you need. Transportation perfect, not difficult to get a taxi and bus stop is right in front of the hotel and train as well. Staff is very nice and 24 hour front desk service. Nearby food places very good and affordable as well. Definitely recommend.

The Santa Maura was a very nice hotel. The room and en-suite wasn’t massive but sufficient, it was well maintained for cleanliness. It was 3 minutes from the Metro making it very convenient

The staff was amazing. Breakfast was simple Italian cornettis and tortas. The 2 young ladies were attentive and make great cappucinos. Very easy to catch the metro and bus service with plenty of little shops and stores for things needed.

We had such a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly and went well beyond expectations to help the guests and make them feel welcomed. My husband Clayton and I have only good things to say about this warm hotel. Comfortable rooms (ours had a balcony) with AC and great breakfast options. My husband loved the coffee and I enjoyed the pastries. Alessandro Salvati is a wonderful man and became my husband's friend. The other men at front desk were also amazing and extremely kind! Thanks!

Great service and a nice hotel
The staff were excellent, the service was top-notch and overall we are extremely satisfied with our stay here. The hotel is also very close to a metro station, which makes it easy to reach the center of Rome. The breakfast was also really nice, including the proper Italian cappuccino.

O Hotel é longe de tudo, não tem estação de metro perto, e está há 1 hora dos pontos turisticos. Não oferece serviço de transfer para o centro histórico ou pontos turíscos, se nao estiver de carro não recomendo. O café da manhã é variado, porém sem quantidade suficiente para todos os hóspedes.

Gammal behöver renovera rummet. Vatten rann på golvet i badrummet. Vi bodde separat rum det är som motel. Sen fick vi två stora dubbel rum men i badrummet vatten rann på golvet och balkong var inte fint. För två personer fanns bara en stol.

Café da manhã incrível! Funcionários super prestativos e simpáticos, sempre procurando fazer o melhor pelos hóspedes. Além de ficar muito próximo a uma estação de metro. Apenas como melhoria colocaria TV mas moderna que possamos ver uma Netflix ou outro programa via aplicativos ou transmitir via celular, pois só passam os programas da TV aberta italiana. No mais tudo excelente. Recomendo super.
