My partner and I spent a few nights here during our Rome trip. The hotel is very conveniently located near Termini. We were initially taken aback by the area immediately outside the train station, but we quickly started to feel more comfortable and safe. There are also some great restaurants nearby, and the proximity to Termini was a great starting point for our day trips. Unfortunately, we had some issues with the place. My partner's necklace was missing after we came home from a day trip. I'm unsure if it was taken or lost during the room service cleaning. Either way, it's gone, and the staff hasn't made much effort to resolve the situation. Lastly, the water stopped working in the hotel on our final day, which was very inconvenient considering we had a long flight home ahead of us. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel. The location is very convenient for arrival, departure, and day trips. Once you get comfortable with the area, you'll find some nice spots. Make sure you keep an eye on your belongings, though.

Hotel is very conveniently located near train station and easy Uber stop. Clean updated rooms, friendly staff, delicious breakfast on the rooftop. Surroundings are a bit sketchy, lots of homeless and feels unsafe, but inside the hotel is great.

Nice, comfortable hotel but there unfortunately was a problem with the water running from the taps on our second day so it was a bit inconveniencing not having a proper bath, this problem was however rectified by the end of the day so kudos to the hotel. The hotel is located near the train station which is a bonus however a little disadvantage is that alot of shady looking people were milling about the area which created some sense of anxiety and insecurity for me.

I loved this hotel, but it was not in a pretty section of Rome. It was convenient with the train station very close, but there was a lot of graffiti around. The breakfast was fantastic, and it's served on an open air terrace. The sister Arte hotel is across the street, and they allow you to use their gym. The employees were pleasant and helpful. You can walk to a lot from this hotel, and you’ll want to leave this area.

The only good thing about this hotel was the air con. The free breakfast food was limited. Although you’re next to Roma Termini, the area was unsafe. Every night there was always sirens as something went on outside to the point where locals were used to it. The rooms were tiny and you could hear everything going on with your neighbours. Even when they shower you can hear the water. My double bed turned out to be 2 single beds put together. The water stopped working one time TV didn’t let you connect any device

The hotel is centrally located. Many restaurants very near, the railway station is close and all the open air tour buses start there. Hotel staff are friendly, the continental breakfast is good and the rooms are clean and airconditioned. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was amazing! Great size and nice bathroom with marble floors and updated appliances. Air condition worked well and the front desk was very kind and accommodating. Free breakfast every morning with great food and coffee. Located in a busy area directly next to Rome Termini train station but you don’t hear much noise at night

The hotel was very convenient to the train station, restaurants and shops for souvenirs. Ubers would pick up on one of the corners close to the hotel so that was nice. The television in the hotel mainly only showed Italian tv stations so be prepared if you’re not fluent in Italian. The breakfast buffet was nice especially for only 14 euros each day.
