Great property and loved our stay here. Make sure you select your settings (room preference, cleaning day etc). We didn’t do the buffet but looked like a nice option. Overall great stay!

Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Hotel is very close to Trastevere for some great food and drink options. Most attractions within walking distance. If visiting Rome again, wouldn’t hesitate to book here.

Really great hotel - slight mark down due to the unnecessarily complex setup in the rooms where everything is controlled by an iPad. Sometimes physical buttons are just easier! And whilst we didn’t have a major problem with that ourselves, some technophobes may hate that aspect of your stay. That being said, the hotel is well located, the staff were great, breakfast was good, and the hotel itself is modern, clean and very comfortable.

I loved staying here for four nights. This was my time at a citizenM, and I’m now sold it. I enjoyed the decor and use of technology but most of all, the lobby bar and living room. I traveled solo, and this area was a great place to grab drinks in the evening and meet fellow travelers and some staff. The location was great. 25 minute walk to the Colosseum. 35 minutes to the Vatican. An easy jaunt across the bridge to eat great food in Trastevere.

The staff in this hotel is wonderful. They are caring, helpful and professional. The vibe in this place is special. The common area of the ground floor is so carefully designed to be welcoming, elegant and a place you feel great in. The rooms are just as well designed. The utilization of space is exemplary. The esthetics of this whole facility are something to highlight. The food is also worth noting! We'll definitely be visiting citizenM locations in the future! They are worth it!
