Great hotel for a city break
Superb value for money room in a great location within walking distance of the Vatican. Metro station 100 metres away. Great breakfast in a well run cafe across the road.

Poor excuse
Owner claimed not having received booking from Expedia. I was shafted into the owner's friends shared house rather than into the BnB I booked even though it was not occupied at the time. The share property was substandard with poor heating so much so that I went to bed fully dressed to try and be warm. I had to share a bathroom too which was not of the same standard of accommodation I had booked. And I was expected to stay there for two days! I didn't get checked in at all at Capuccia. I had to wait for an hour before anyone came to the property. I dreaded to think where Inwould have been left if my flight had not arrived during the afternoon.....homeless in Rome!

Great place to stay!
We enjoyed our stay here. It was very central and we could visit all the tourist sites easily. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and helped make our trip enjoyable. Thank you!

Excellent B&B
We loved our stay at Capocchia House! It's situated in a great neighborhood that is within walking distance to all the sites in Rome, great restaurants, bars etc. Daniele and his father Antonio were amazing hosts very friendly and helpful, and they served up a wonderful continental breakfast every morning with lots of options - their cappuccino was the best. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and we'd recommend Capocchia House to anyone!

Nice apartment close to the Vatican.
Great, small place for a few nights. Clean, roomy, excellent service, great wi-fi, great A/C and a free breakfast. Kitchen is stocked with various items for a delicious breakfast. The host was on time to meet us and very friendly.

My family stayed in the b&b house for two nights and we wanted to come back for another two nights the next weekend when we would return to Rome but it was fully booked, regrettably. Don't hesitate to reserve!

We enjoyed our stay here. Daniele was a great host. He even arranged a car service to picked us up from the airport as we had a late flight. He was there to show us our place and there first thing for breakfast. Apartment is small but clean. We have our big nice bathroom across our bedroom. The neighborhood at night had to be careful as people drinks right there by metro stop. We didn't stayed late at night. The armed policemen are very visible all over the city that makes you feel safe.

Nunzio was very engaging as a host. He asked us if there's anything He could do to help us. He gave us tips regarding the area. He checked in with us from time to time to make sure that we were doing okay. The area was fairly safe and close to the metro station and the Vatican. It met our needs very well and was an affordable experience.

Great neighborhood, queit nights, and welcoming!
The hostess was wonderful and helped in many ways. She was very kind, welcoming, and did her best to ensure we had all we needed to enjoy Rome. Each morning a cappuccino was made for my wife and I to enjoy after breakfast. The Vatican neighborhood is a safe place to enjoy even after sundown. I would recommend this to a friend.

Thanks recommend for a long weekend
Nunzio a great host .its close to the Vatican but a bit of a long walk to the city sights. Had a bit of trouble locating capocchia house as it's not a house as such but part of an apartment block. Not to detract from the accommodation it fitted the bill perfectly for a long weekend sight seeing . Our room the red room was just right with a double and two proper singles for our 14 and 18 year old kids..private ensuite bathroom was just what we needed. The metro station is very close but Rome metro is very limited and take care watching for pick pockets unfortunately I got done but thankfully only cash on the metro train

Clean and tidy. Owner is very helpful and speak good English. Desktop available at common area. Steady wifi. Close to metro. Behind Vatican. The only cons is: our green room is not an ensuite. Might bump into guests of red room on our way to the bathroom.

Komme wieder
Daniele und seine Familie betreiben das B&B am Rand von Rom mit viel Liebe zum Detail - der Cappuccino am Morgen wird serviert. Das B&B besteht aus zwei Appartments in zwei gegenüberliegenden Gebäuden. Daniele hat mich in das vor kurzem renovierte Appartment einquartiert, ein tolles Zimmer mit viel Platz und gemütlichem Bett, das leicht für drei Personen Platz bietet. Ein einfaches, aber vollständiges Frühstück stärkt für den Tag. Die Metro-Station Cipro ist fünf Gehminuten entfernt, Supermarkt und kleine Restaurants auch. Daniele organisiert gern auch einen günstigeren Fahrer vom Flughafen zum B&B, falls die Ankunftszeit nach der Metroschlusszeit liegt.

Excellent!!!!! Everything was excellent!!!! The house is located very near of Vaticano and it has a subway station no more than 2 blocks of distance! Daniele was very kind and he always was aware about our needs... The season of New Year Rome was full of people so this option was the best for us! It’s like our own home!!! No hotel...

Schönes, gemütliches B&B in der Nähe vom Vatikan
Daniele Ostseite freundlich um nett. Das Hotel liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. In 5 Minuten ist die Metro erreichbar, ein 24h Supermarkt in 2 min. Das Frühstück ist etwas spärlich aber es hat uns ausgereicht.

Prima kamer met mooie eigen badkamer, in nieuwstaat. Gastvrije ontvangst, prima. Ontbijt voor Nederlandse begrippen zeer matig. Brood ontbreekt, zoals vaak in Italië. Midden in woonwijk, wel rustig gelegen. Uitzicht uit raam matig: gebouw renovatie.
