The hotel was comfortable, the staff were SUPER helpful, the location was convenient. There is so much trash outside of the hotel and when walking around on the streets it smells so much like urine. Not a great way to attract tourists. The staff went above and beyond for us. We left a bag in a taxi and the staff were able to track it down and the driver brought it back! Our flight got changed last minute and they were able to make other arrangements to get us to the airport. Our room was comfortable and cool, the shower was tiny, but it did the job! This was our one and only trip to Rome as we have no interest in returning.

Had a good stay at Augusta even if it was only for a night. They were kind enough to let us check-in earlier as we had two kids. We had a quadruple room with a double bed and two twin size sofabeds. The double bed had a good electric massager option. The AC in the room worked great which was definitely a plus after walking Rome in that summerheat. Restaurant options are also available around the hotel and Termini station is just about 4 blocks away.

The whole experience was fantastic, the only thing that i would say is that the Hotel said that they gave us an upgrade but the room was very small so i would gave hated to see the room that we should have originally had

The AC worked really well in the room. The bathroom was large and spacious, the beds were comfortable. There was tons of toiletries provided as well. The included breakfast was a nice touch. Easy to find, close to Roma Termini which is ideal.
