We had a wonderful stay here. Beds and pillows were great and the rain head shower felt super! We got there very early and they let us into our room ahead of time which was so wonderful! We got help with bags, and a wake up call at 2:40 am plus transportation to the airport they set up for us. This was an amazing hotel that was so helpful!

My husband and I started our honeymoon trip to Rome with this charming, gem of a hotel and we had the best stay! We were upgraded on arrival which was a sweet surprise and the complimentary bubbly didn't hurt either. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful. The staff was very pleasant and so helpful with all sorts of dining recommendations. The location was spot on and a 10 minute walk from many of the local attractions. The property was very clean and well kept and the staff were friendly and helpful when we needed them. It was in a nice part of town with very nice cafes and restaurants close by. It was easy walking distance to all the areas we wanted to visit. The Wi-Fi although apparently available, wasn’t very good and we wound up not using it.

Overall it was a good property to stay the only thing was the beds were like concrete! Very hard and uncomfortable, all they need is some mattress topper to make it a little softer and the pillows were flat and not comfortable either. had issue with elevator as well. They got stuck and we had to walk 4 flights of stairs after an all day walk! Brutal!
