Orange hand prints and marks all over the walls. Beds not comfortable. Air conditioner broke and put water all over the floor, and on to our luggage underneath the bed. No laundry facilities. People were smoking in the stairway which resulted in our room smelling like they were smoking in our room. Unreliable internet. Could hear people in the other rooms quite clearly.

Sara was excellent the stay was wonderful. The location is perfect for our time in Rome. We did have an issue with the electric one night but my sister and another guest found the box to fix it. I wish we could have stayed there longer

Small is super small which wasn’t really a problem. The issue is the mold everywhere, the bathroom . AC very dirty Nd dusty , not really helping in Rome July heat. Place is OK if you are under budget and need somewhere to sleep . You get what you pay for. Otherwise close to all major sites and restaurants near by.

It is a beautiful property right in the heart of the city. AC is cold and the property is close to all the major attractions (Basilica, Trevi, Pantheon). For breakfast, it's like a 2-minute walk to McDonalds—many dining options around the area.

Has lonly one cup in the room. Does not orovide drinking water. Bery small room. Taxi can not reach the hotel. You have to daeg your luggage through the uneveb vobblrstone street. Floor in the shower room is very sjlippery and is a great fall hazzard.

The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hottest is built into a centuries old building making it unique to us. Very comfortable. Loved the location within walking distance to the sights we were particularly interested in plus many more. Pedestrian area making it quiet and easy to be in. Loved it!
