Check in was smooth and the front desk staff was friendly.Room was musty and smelled of pets. Accommodations were good and appreciated the texts and emails to keep us updated. Cocktail Hour and Breakfast was a nice touch, but the Breakfast Staff was not very customer service oriented or friendly.

Clean, good size room. Curteous staff. Good breakfast included. Great location. Stayed here many times. A few years ago, had issues several times with noise and rude guests late at night along with poor internet service. So bad we stopped staying here for several years. These issues all seem resolved now.

One of the elevators were out. The bartender wasn't friendly and provided poor service. And the biggest thing...there was dog poop in our room that my mom accidentally stepped in barefoot. Now we know rooms aren't thoroughly cleaned. We had to switch rooms and while they did provide an upgrade to a balcony view (if a view of dry fields count), it still out a damper on our mother/daughters trip.
